البنية التحتية الذكية لمعهد GEI: التصميم، النشر، والتكامل مع الحوسبة السحابية
GEI Smart Campus Infrastructure: Design, Deployment, and Cloud Integration
يمثل هذا المشروع خطوة متقدمة نحو تحقيق مفهوم الحرم الجامعي الذكي (Smart Campus)، من خلال تطوير منصة رقمية متكاملة تُسهم في إدارة جميع الخدمات الأكاديمية والإدارية بكفاءة وأمان، بما يدعم التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسات التعليمية.
يعتمد المشروع على أحدث تقنيات تطوير تطبيقات الويب والخدمات السحابية، حيث تم تطويره باستخدام Node.js وExpress.js وPostgreSQL، مع نشره على Amazon Web Services (AWS) باستخدام EC2 وNginx وPM2، لضمان الأداء العالي، وقابلية التوسع، واستمرارية التشغيل.
يوفر النظام بيئة موحدة وآمنة لإدارة الشؤون الأكاديمية، وخدمات الطلاب، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمقررات الدراسية، والواجبات، والاختبارات، والجداول، والدرجات، والمتابعة المالية، والإعلانات، من خلال لوحات تحكم ذكية تعتمد على صلاحيات المستخدمين، بما يعزز كفاءة العمل وسهولة التواصل بين جميع الأطراف.
ويجسد هذا المشروع المستوى المتميز لطلاب قسم هندسة الاتصالات والإلكترونيات، وقدرتهم على توظيف أحدث التقنيات لبناء حلول عملية تخدم العملية التعليمية وتسهم في تطوير البنية الرقمية للمؤسسات الأكاديمية.

The Communications and Electronics Engineering Department at Giza Engineering Institute (GEI) is proud to present an outstanding graduation project entitled:
GEI Smart Campus Infrastructure: Design, Deployment, and Cloud Integration
This project represents a significant step toward building a Smart Campus by developing a secure, scalable, and integrated digital infrastructure that modernizes academic and administrative services while supporting the digital transformation of higher education institutions.
The platform was developed using Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL, and deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) utilizing EC2, Nginx, and PM2 to ensure high availability, scalability, security, and continuous operation.
The system provides a unified environment for managing academic affairs, student services, faculty management, course materials, assignments, quizzes, schedules, grades, financial tracking, and announcements through intelligent role-based dashboards, enhancing communication and operational efficiency across the institution.
This achievement reflects the technical excellence, innovation, and professionalism of the Communications and Electronics Engineering students, demonstrating their ability to build enterprise-level solutions that address real-world educational challenges.
