The GEI Smart Campus Management System is a comprehensive digital platform designed to modernize and streamline academic and administrative operations through a unified, secure, and user-friendly environment.
The system integrates academic management, student services, faculty management, financial tracking, announcements, course materials, assignments, quizzes, schedules, grades, and cloud deployment into one centralized platform. It provides role-based dashboards for administrators, faculty members, teaching assistants, and students, ensuring secure access according to user permissions while enhancing communication and collaboration among all academic stakeholders.
The project was developed using Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL, and deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using EC2, Nginx as a reverse proxy, and PM2 to ensure high availability, scalability, and continuous operation.
The project aims to improve institutional efficiency, facilitate digital transformation, strengthen communication among all academic stakeholders, and provide a scalable infrastructure that supports the development of a smart campus.

يُعد نظام GEI الذكي لإدارة الحرم الجامعي منصة رقمية متكاملة تهدف إلى تطوير وتبسيط إدارة جميع الخدمات الأكاديمية والإدارية من خلال بيئة موحدة وآمنة وسهلة الاستخدام.
يجمع النظام بين إدارة الشؤون الأكاديمية، وخدمات الطلاب، وإدارة أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمتابعة المالية، والإعلانات، والمقررات الدراسية، والمواد التعليمية، والواجبات، والاختبارات، والجداول الدراسية، والدرجات داخل منصة مركزية متكاملة. كما يوفر لوحات تحكم مخصصة للإدارة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمعيدين والطلاب وفقًا للصلاحيات المخصصة لكل مستخدم، بما يعزز كفاءة العمل وسهولة التواصل بين جميع الأطراف.
